I think there's a chicken and egg problem there - its going to be hard 
getting (and retaining) paying members while we have nothing but talk to 
show for it. Of course, there is that little issue of christmas, when 
few people plan to be about.

Personally, I'm very happy to put in a decent amount each month to get 
things started - especially if it means I'll have a place to work in 
town that's not a cafe or bar.
