[D-Space] Today's work

Today a bunch of us (8?) showed up to take possession of the space - we found a 
bunch of stuff in the storage area and carried them upstairs - a table, a couple 
of desks, a half dozen chairs and two great benches (need some work).

Everything needs a wipe down and some stuff needs repairs - one thing I 
discovered is that we can have access to the space to 'set up and move in' 
before we start paying rent - we can have a work party and clean up the stuff 
we've already got and move in anything people are donating - I have the key

I think we, the board, need to get some sort of inventory management system down 
- ie a list - of what we have before we start taking stuff - we've talked about 
having three classes of tools in the space:

- donations - stuff that's owned by the society
- loans - things that people have placed in the space for others to use
- personal tools - things people bring to the space to use themselves
