it's an old (30s) class room, I think it was a science lab - more on the large 
side

yeah, as I've said I'll kick in the deposit which will be the big spend

oh we need to sign you up on the committee too :-) - probably we can got for 
grants for tools and things though we don't need a lot of actual new stuff
