We should definitely make sure that's formal. I have a cautionary tale
about breaking a commercial lease that I might trot out at the next
meet, as long as people don't mind the sight of a grown man sobbing
into his beer.

Lets chat about this when we meet up. I'll line up an accountant for a
convenient afternoon next week (this week is flat out for me). Anyone
who wants to come along should do so - the more questions we ask early
on the better.

I'm picturing you in your best Raoul Duke-style Hawaian shirt, driving
through the Nevada desert while clutching a suitcase of money to your
chest, muttering "We can't stop here, this is bat country." You should
tell us about it sometime. ;)
