I suspect the year length is formal, I've sort of resigned myself to signing
that and taking the personal risk, hopefully you guys have my back a bit

that would be great

actually it was the Nevada Desert, and rockets, guns, explosives, rock stars and
circus tents were also involved - there are no banks off road .... (the circus
was a mistake, the rock star an idiot) - here's a picture from that year:

the down side is the 15 member initial requirement - I did find one men's shed
that had incorporated as a society rather than go the charitable trust route - I
mostly think the CT way is slightly easier and I suspect cheaper - I'm happy to
be convinced otherwise (I certainly prefer the board/membership structure of an
incorporated society)

yup - good point we can worry about that a bit later - which brings us to:
I stopped in to the bank today and talked to them about how to open an account
for an organisation like ours - what they need is:
- IDs of all the people who will be having signing rights
- rules for signing (requires 2 signatures for example to write cheques)
- a copy of our club rules -

there may be some requirement for an actual independent annual audit - that's
where it might get expensive

Dunlug's meeting is usually at 7:30 we can just show up at 7:00 at the Duke of
Wellington (Rattray St in the Exchange) and meet - most importantly we need to
decide if we're going to rent the space
