I think this is a great idea for the final rules (for when we incorporate), but,
from a practical point of view, probably overkill for what we're trying to do
today - which is simply to meet the requirements to open a bank account.
By picking up an existing framework we have a temporary something we can move
forward with which has hopefully no logical/constitutional traps that will get
in the way of us getting to our goal.
At tonight's meeting I think we probably have two goals:
- do what we need to open a bank account
- decide on whether we sign up at Tech (time is running out a bit)
(Chris: want to come and talk about the Gamerz space? from my point of view it
sounds more expensive [tech is $120+GST/week ~ $140], darker, bigger/smaller?,
but maybe slightly more central)

A great idea too - I'll see if I can find time, maybe not today though - I'm a
bit snowed at work (actual dev hardware for my current project actually arrived
late yesterday and now I have to make it do something useful)
