[D-Space] Alternative locations

I just asked our landlord (Otago Real Estate) about any places they have for
lease at the moment.
They don't have anything wonderful, but in the interests of providing
alternatives, i thought i'd look into anything i can find:

The best place they have at the moment is the basement under the Gamerz Club
on Moray Pl.
It may require a bit of DIY to set up, and probably some cost.
The lease price is $150+GST per week.

Pros:
Location
Character (well, i think it's pretty cool anyway)
In, or around our price range (i think)
Customisable

Cons:
No Windows (so lack of natural light and ventilation)
Currently no water or toilet (but that may be able to be remedied)
Probably some cost to set it up.
The ceiling's a tad low.


If anyone's interested in checking it out, let me know, we can view it
pretty much any time.
Other than that, they do have a few industrial places around Buller st that
tend to lease for around $70 - $100 per week, but nothing available now.
