[D-Space] We have a space

Yesterday Alex and Rob went and looked at the other space they'd identified, we 
generally decided that the KEC place (ie Tech) was better so I went down, paid a 
deposit and signed a lease - we move in Jan 10th (one month from now).

In the mean time we can move any unused tables and chairs that we fancy from the 
KEC storage up into the room - I've arranged that we can get a key and do that 
this coming Saturday afternoon - so I'm calling for volunteers to come and help 
- if you didn't get to see the space last week now is your chance - is 2pm a 
good time?

We will also need to pay one month's rent the day we officially move in (Jan 
10th) that means more pledges (and actual payment of money ...) to cover our
