Yep - I have a VPS doing not-a-lot, that's feeling kinda lonely. Plenty 
of unused capacity there, and even a spare IP we can use. I've just 
setup hosting for DSpace on 96.30.31.66 - with 10Gb of space and 100Gb 
data transfer a month (can be increased as needed - that's just a sane 
starting point). I've put up a (very) simple placeholder page linking to 
the wiki. I'll email the access info to the board.

Does anyone have a burning desire to be a webmaster? If not, I'm happy 
to do that too.
